No, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Tickets are non-refundable (neither fully nor partially). This principle could be revised only in case of a complete cancellation of the event. Even if some performances might be cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the range of performances organised by the Festival is so extensive that it cannot justify any refund.
The adjoining campsite is private, and capacity has been increased for the occasion. There are no joint festival + camping tickets. To make a campsite reservation, please contact “Les Cabrettes” campsite at Chassepierre (+32 61 31 29 94 / lescabrettes@hotmail.com).
The Festival
On Saturday and Sunday, the Festival opens its doors at 11:00 AM. The first performances take place at 01:45 PM.
Just like you, we love dogs but there is no point in putting them through an environment that is definitely not adapted to them. So it is strongly advised to not take your pet with you.
Despite various actions we have taken, some places remain inaccessible for wheelchairs or strollers. We advise you to check that on Accessibility for disabled people page to get information and tips about the best places to access and enjoy the festival.
We try every year to improve access for people with disabilties and to give them the best welcome (audio description, sign language in French…). We advise you to check that on Accessibility for disabled people page to get information.
There are rarely shows specifically for toddlers. However, it is definitely a family-friendly programme with many shows for people of all ages.
If a show is occasionally not appropriate for a certain age (explicit content, for instance), this would be indicated in the programme.
A ‘baby area’ has been set up, close to N°1 (in the centre of the village, see plan). There you can have peace and quiet whilst changing your baby..
If the weather is really bad, some performances might be cancelled or relocated to ensure the artists’ safety. These decisions are taken at there and then together with the organisers and the artists depending on the evolution of the weather. This cannot be predicted. Information about possible changes is directly published on the website of the Festival.
Even when it is raining, most of the stages and bleachers remain in open air; so don’t forget to get dressed and equipped accordingly.
NB: For the same security reasons, some performances may be cancelled due to other weather conditions (heat, wind gusts,…)
We advise you to prepare your programme before coming to the Festival, select the performances you would like to attend, take note of their specific schedule and location so as not to miss them. We recommend using our application.
Accommodation
The Festival organisation doesn’t provide its own campsite. So there are no tickets combining ‘entrance to the Festival + camping’.
So why not book accommodation in the area, for example at the campsite of the village of Chassepierre, which is expanding for the Festival? All the necessary contacts are on the page Accommodation.
For any information about the accommodation in the area during the Festival, please contact the tourist information of Florenville (+32 (0)61 31 12 29, info@florenville.org).
For further information, go to the page Accommodation.
Craft and agri-food market
All the stands of the craft and agri-food market are selected each year upon application. To apply, you need to fill out the contact form available on our website.
Means of Transport
Yes. There is a parking fee of 4€ per vehicle per day for each of the car parks at the Festival. We advise you to practise car-sharing to reduce the cost.
Bring some cash!
Until the construction of possible permanent bicycle parking in the village of Chassepierre, we invite you to attach your bike to the barriers at the entrance of the car parks. This is free.
Property
Any lost property is taken care of by the Police.
During the festival, all the lost items are gathered at the mobile police station. After the Festival, contact the local police station of Florenville (Rue d’Arlon 36, 6820 Florenville / +32 (0)61 24 24 40).
Where to eat?
The village restaurants, various caterers and food trucks are on site with a wide variety of suggestions (sweet, salty, veggie,…) and many local products.
You may come with your own picnic. We suggest you take reusable packaging to limit waste. Moreover you can fill up your personal water bottles at the different (free) water points you can find throughout the site.
